Mhlonishwa Professor Chiliza

In my work I am depicting people of the working class engaging with objects that are metaphors of the upper class.  These metaphors symbolize the aspirations of the working class

Self portrait

With this work I became the first place winner in visual art competition of National Creative Art Youth Festival
It was a big suprise for me because it was my first time using clay.  I thank my lecturer Nkosinathi Khanyile he taught me the techniques and skills even the handling of the clay as a medium.
